Back at the end of November we took the girls on the Polar Express in Lubbock. Doakie, Gramps, Aunt Tammie, Grandma Connie and Cousin Payten went with us also.
The evening was perfect as it was very, very, very cold!! I was so excited that I had bought the girls matching footie pajamas last February at the Carter Store when I was in Austin. They were perfect for the Polar Express!!!
Taryn was so excited. We had hinted about going on the train and she had figured it out, but when we got in the van to head to Lubbock I put the Polar Express movie in and she was so excited. When we actually got to Lubbock and she saw the train she got even more excited.
Once we were on the train she was pretty much free to move about and enjoy the ride. She sang and danced, drank hot chocolate and ate cookies. She was so funny, she wanted to save her hot chocolate for later!
Here is my big girl in her cute jammies! She looks so big here!
Rhealee and Gramps enjoying the ride. Rhealee had a great time also. She would smile and laugh and really had no idea why, but just went along with the atmosphere.
